Coconut Bread Pudding

8 slices of bread
4 cups of milk
4 egg yolks
1 egg white
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon almond extract
1½ cup sugar
1½ cup coconut
½ stick of butter

Soak bread in warmed milk. Beat egg yolks and one egg white, gradually adding evaporated milk, almond and sugar. Add to bread and milk, then add 1½ cups coconut and butter. Bake in 300° oven for 40-45 minutes.
