Corn-Maque-Choux with Chicken

9-12 ears of corn-cut off cob
2 fresh whole peeled tomatoes
onions-chopped
1 frying chicken, cut up
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt meat

Pot fry chicken, add onions and sauté till well done. Add tomatoes till tender. Add corn and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
