9 or 12 ears of corn-cut off cob
2 fresh whole peeled tomatoes
onions-chopped
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt meat

Fry salt meat in oil. Add onions and sauté, add tomatoes and cook down. Add corn and cook 20 minutes. Serves 4-6 as a vegetable.
